The KETE Machinery 2023 Target Achievement Mobilization Meeting was successfully held on the afternoon of February 8 at the company headquarters.

At the meeting, General Manager Mr. Chen first presented a summary of the company’s operational performance in 2022. He then analyzed the economic outlook for 2023 and highlighted KETE Machinery’s competitive advantages and development strengths, emphasizing that 2023 would remain a year requiring determination, resilience, and continuous effort.
Mr. Chen called on all employees to seize the development opportunities of 2023, work together with unity and commitment, and go all out to achieve the company’s annual goals—creating a win-win outcome for both the company and its employees.

During the meeting, the General Manager and the Head of Sales formally signed the 2023 target responsibility agreement, clarifying objectives and reinforcing accountability.
On behalf of the management team, Deputy General Manager Mr. Peng, who oversees sales, expressed full confidence in achieving the 2023 targets. He stated that he would lead the sales team to actively expand the market, secure more orders to the greatest extent possible, and ensure the successful completion of the company’s annual objectives—striving for a new breakthrough in sales performance in 2023.

Representing the sales team, Sales Manager Mr. Cheng stated that all sales personnel are filled with confidence and passion. The entire team is determined to give their utmost effort and win the 2023 order campaign.
